The Collaborative Research Center 1261 (CRC 1261) “Magnetoelectric Sensors: From Composite Materials to Biomagnetic Diagnostics” welcomes Mr. M.Sc. Reinaldo Castro González from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, Cartago, Costa Rica at the Universtity of Kiel, Germany. Mr. González is performing an international fellow the research center from June to September 2018. He is joining the research group of Sensor System Electronics, Institute of Electrical and Information Engineering, of Prof. Andreas Bahr. During his stay, Mr. González is focusing on the design, simulation and layout of a low-noise amplifier in integrated circuit design technology for magnetoelectric sensors .
The research group of sensor system electronics is aiming at the improvement of the sensitivity of magnetoelectric sensors, developed in the Collaborative Research Center, by exploiting the benefits of integrated circuit designs.
